As an Authorised Marriage Celebrant, I have the honour to be a part of some of the most profound and important events in people’s lives.

I am there at the very beginning, at the Naming Day of a newborn child. I am there when suddenly love changes two lives, and a wedding is planned, and then, I am there when the time comes to say goodbye, and to celebrate the life of the one’s we love the most.

I can never underestimate the trust that is placed in my hands by others, just as I can never understate the responsibility that I hold, to deliver a ceremony, or service, that is both memorable and reflective, of the love it represents, and the lives it recounts.

This is a role I truly cherish; and I feel humbled to be able to do what I do, at the most significant points in another person’s life, to share the joy, the pain, the elation, the pride and the love. I am truly blessed.
